Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ReadyForm. By creating an account and accepting them, you agree to the following. They include, and should be read together with, the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

ReadyForm turns raw video into edited, publication-ready short-form video. The software continues to change. ReadyForm aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific editing results, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

2. Your material and our role

You upload source material and remain its controller. ReadyForm acts as your processor for hosting, analysis, transcription, selection, editing and export. The Data Processing Agreement governs this and forms part of these terms.

3. Marketing use of your material — only if you say so

ReadyForm does not use your material, your output, your company name or your logo for its own marketing, sales or demonstration purposes unless you separately and explicitly agree to that. Agreeing is never a condition of using ReadyForm, and declining changes nothing about the service you receive.

Where you do agree, you confirm you hold the rights to grant it and that everyone recognisable in the material has agreed to that use. You can withdraw the permission at any time; clause 5 describes what happens then. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that identify neither you nor anyone in your material are not covered by this clause.

4. Trial, plans and billing

A trial runs for seven days. ReadyForm charges nothing on the day you start it; your card is verified through our payment provider, Stripe. Unless you cancel before the seven days are up, the trial converts automatically into the paid plan you selected at checkout, at the price shown to you there, and renews for the same period until cancelled.

Trial credits are valid during the trial. A paid plan starts with its own allowance, and unused trial credits do not carry over. What a render costs in credits is shown in the app.

Cancelling. Email info@theaiagency.ae from the address on your account and ReadyForm will cancel it. We confirm by email within two business days, and a cancellation received before the trial ends means you are not charged. ReadyForm is building self-service cancellation in the account screen; until it is there, email is the way, and a request that arrives in time counts as in time even if our confirmation follows later.

If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition to the above. Charges already made are refunded where mandatory law requires it.

5. Removal and objection

You, or a person appearing in your material, may ask ReadyForm to remove specific published material. ReadyForm then stops new publications within 30 days and removes the material within 60 days from channels it controls, where reasonably feasible. It cannot recall printed materials or guarantee removal of copies lawfully shared, cached or archived by third parties. Publications lawfully made before the request remain lawful. The statutory rights of the individuals in your material are not affected.

6. AI and product improvement

ReadyForm improves the service using only anonymised and aggregated usage data. ReadyForm does not train its models on your identifiable source material — recognisable faces, voices, names or complete statements are not used for training.

7. Data and retention

Your material is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, and is deleted within 30 days after your account is closed. Full terms are in the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

8. Your responsibilities

You warrant that the material is lawful, that you hold the rights and permissions for the people in it, and that it contains no special-category or criminal-offence data, and no minors, without ReadyForm's prior written approval. You further warrant that you hold all rights, licences and clearances needed for everything you upload, including any music, audio, video, images and trademarks, and that its use, synchronisation with video and export through the service infringes no third party's intellectual property or other rights.

9. Content removal and repeat infringers

If ReadyForm receives a credible complaint that your material infringes someone's rights, it may remove or disable that material. It may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly attract valid complaints. Send complaints to info@theaiagency.ae.

10. Indemnification

You indemnify ReadyForm against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs of handling them, that arise from your material or from your breach of these terms, including any claim that your material infringes a third party's intellectual property. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from ReadyForm's own breach or from material ReadyForm itself supplied, such as its licensed music library.

11. Cancelling and deleting your account

You may cancel your subscription at any time under clause 4, and delete your account at any time from the account screen. Deleting starts a 7-day grace period, after which everything is permanently removed across database and storage. Removal of material published with your permission follows clause 5.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and your recorded acceptance is versioned.

13. Law and venue

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
